Where these features are enabled by a customer, recordings, messages, transcripts and related information may be stored and processed to provide the requested functionality.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Callers are appropriately informed where required
  • Recording and monitoring activities are lawful
  • Any required consent or notification obligations are met
  • Their use of the service complies with applicable laws

XBOTEL processes such information solely for the purpose of providing the CallCenturion service.

7. Spam, Fraud and Abuse Prevention

To protect customers and maintain platform integrity, we may analyse communications metadata and related signals to:
