You get a dedicated UK virtual phone number — either a geographic number (matching your local area) or a non-geographic number. You choose during signup.
Number Porting & VoIP
Porting Your Existing Number
Yes. You can port your existing UK landline number to CallCenturion and it will work exactly like a native CallCenturion number — with all the same AI receptionist, spam screening, voicemail transcription, and call forwarding features included. Your customers keep calling the same number they always have.
Number porting is the process of transferring your existing phone number from your current provider to CallCenturion. Once ported, your number is hosted on the CallCenturion platform and gains access to all CallCenturion features. The process is handled by our team and typically takes a few business days depending on your current provider.
Yes. Once your number is ported to CallCenturion, you can use it to set up WhatsApp Business — the same as any native CallCenturion number. Enable Direct Redirect mode, enter your number in the WhatsApp Business app, choose “Call me” for verification, and answer the call on your mobile to receive the code. Once verified, switch back to AI Receptionist mode. Your landline number becomes your permanent WhatsApp Business identity while still handling regular calls.
Yes. If you have a VoIP-enabled desk phone, CallCenturion can redirect your screened calls to it after spam and nuisance calls have been filtered out — so only genuine callers reach your desk. Compatible handsets include:

Yes. We can provide a softphone option — software that runs on your PC, Mac, or mobile and behaves like a desk phone, receiving screened calls through CallCenturion. This gives you the desk phone experience without any hardware.

Call Handling
When someone calls your CallCenturion number, the AI receptionist answers instantly, identifies whether the caller is genuine or spam, and either blocks the call or transfers genuine callers to your mobile.
If you’re unavailable, the AI receptionist takes a voicemail. The voicemail is transcribed and emailed to you with a summary so you can follow up quickly.
Direct Redirect mode forwards all calls straight to your mobile with no AI screening. It’s useful in situations where you need to receive automated calls directly — for example, during WhatsApp Business verification. You can switch between modes in your CallCenturion settings at any time.

CallCenturion’s AI screens every inbound call before it reaches you. Robocalls, nuisance calls, and scams are identified and blocked automatically. Genuine callers are transferred to your mobile.
The AI is designed to err on the side of transferring genuine callers. If you ever have a concern about a specific call, your call log shows all activity including blocked calls.
WhatsApp Business

Yes. Enable Direct Redirect mode in your CallCenturion settings, enter your CallCenturion number in the WhatsApp Business app, and choose “Call me” for verification. WhatsApp calls your CallCenturion number, which rings straight through to your mobile. Hear the 6-digit code and enter it in WhatsApp. Once verified, switch back to AI Receptionist mode — your WhatsApp Business account stays permanently registered to your CallCenturion number.
No. Direct Redirect is only needed during the one-time WhatsApp Business verification. Once verified, switch back to AI Receptionist mode for normal call handling. Your WhatsApp registration stays on your CallCenturion number permanently.

CallCenturion uses a credit-based system. Credits are used as you use the service. You can top up credits in your account at any time.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

Yes. CallCenturion is operated by XBOTEL Limited, registered in Ireland and subject to GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
If you enable call recording, you are responsible for notifying callers in accordance with applicable law. CallCenturion provides the tools; compliance with local call recording regulations is the customer’s responsibility.
CallCenturion infrastructure runs on AWS in the UK (eu-west-2, London) for production. Data is not transferred outside the UK/EEA.
